Organic coconut sugar

Coconut sugar or also called "coconut blossom sugar" is derived from the sap of the flowers of Coco Nucifera, a coconut palm cultivated mainly in India, South America as well as in the tropical areas of the Pacific. It starts producing coconuts around the age of 15, and each coconut tree can produce up to 25 kg of sap per day. The coconut blossom sugar is original and tasty. The caramel taste and brown color result from cooking which caramelizes the sap, so it is not a raw product.
