The Vinkara Kalecik Karasi Reserve is a very fruity red wine that is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels in Burgundy style to develop its beautiful bouquet. The nose shows aromas of blackberries, currants, strawberries and cherries. Intense vanilla and light smoke aromas guarantee a long finish. Ruby in color with light garnet reflections. Intense flavors of ripe red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and plums are present on the palate, along with spicy notes of black pepper and chestnuts. Vinkara Kalecik Karası is smooth, well balanced and intense with a long finish. Grapes are harvested by hand. Cold pre-fermentation maceration and controlled temperature fermentation on the skins in stainless steel tanks.
