SAGAVIN SYRAH 2022 Turkish red wine

Sagavin Syrah is made in Antalya from grapes grown in the Denizli region. Ripe, black fruity, spicy and earthy aromas are prominent on the nose and palate. There is no irrigation during the cultivation phase. This top wine comes from a single vineyard. No barrel was used. Bottled in the 3rd transfer after 13 months of maturation. Dark burgundy color with highlights. On the nose aromas of fresh spices such as fresh black pepper, cinnamon and cloves, ripe black forest fruit. On the palate it is easy to drink and has a long finish with its lively acidity and soft tannin structure. It is a good accompaniment to spicy meats, slightly spicy kebabs and rustic dishes. 15-30 minutes of aeration and carafe operation is recommended.
