Arraganate Black Olives, 250g

Among the best known and most appreciated Calabrian preparations, arraganate black olives have a unique and unmistakable flavour. Once the olives have reached maturity and are then baked, they are seasoned with chilli pepper, garlic and oregano and finally filled with olive oil. Uses in the kitchen Perfect on a cutting board for a rich aperitif, together with cured meats and cheeses, they are excellent as a condiment on pizza, both red and white, or for seasoning pasta dishes, even cold ones. Ideal as an accompaniment to tasty fish main courses, such as fried cod with "cruschi" (dried) peppers, a typical Calabrian recipe. Ingredients: Baked black olives (black olives, sunflower oil, salt) (74.8%), olive oil, chilli flakes, garlic, oregano, salt, wine vinegar. Acidifier: Citric acid. Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
