Founded in 2019, Vanissa began its adventure with a unique and refined product: Madagascar vanilla. True to its French roots, the brand has since grown and now offers a varied range of vanilla in all its forms. Each product in our collection is of premium quality and is packaged in eco-friendly glass and bamboo packaging. This not only ensures optimal freshness and longevity, but also adds a touch of elegance and durability. Vanissa's commitment to culinary excellence and innovation has allowed it to position itself as a leader in the field of high-end flavors; to the point of being selected as a supplier for the show "Le meilleur pâtissier" and appearing in certain specialized magazines such as "Fou de pâtisserie" and "C'est meilleur quand c'est bon". Since our entry into the professional market in 2022, the Vanissa brand has distinguished itself, notably thanks to the quality of its vanilla, among professionals, chefs, pastry chefs, ice cream parlors and the HoReCa network (hotels, restaurants, cafes), as well as a vast network of gourmet stores and concept stores. Our vanillas, with their high vanillin content, are also attracting interest from the industrial, cosmetics and perfumery sectors. At Vanissa, we personally manage the packaging and shipping directly from our premises in Aix-en-Provence.
