Ferrugineux (type Fer Servadou / Leather / Cocoa / black cherries) This Vidoc, aged for two years in vats, offers a beautiful complexity and a seductive roundness. The palate is ample with the richness of black fruits, complemented by a delicate spicy touch. The well-integrated tannic structure supports a long and harmonious finish. This wine goes wonderfully with dishes of character, grilled meats and meats in sauce with mature cheeses. EMade from new resistant grape varieties, this Vidoc is free from phytosanitary treatments, including copper and sulfur. Alcohol: 12.5% vol
