Sicilian laurel

Use in the kitchen: Particularly suitable for flavoring meat-based dishes (roasts, stews, stews), fish or vegetables, baked potatoes, soups, legumes and more, widely used for the preparation of infusions and digestive herbal teas.    Medicinal properties: antiseptic, expectorant, digestive, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory.   Thanks to its essential oils, laurel is useful in the treatment of rheumatism and muscle strains, has relaxing properties and reduces sweating.
