By purchasing the coffee directly in the cherry, and not in parchment like most producers, the company controls the quality of the products throughout the process of transforming the cherry into green coffee.     This coffee is certified organic and fair trade. Don Pepe has been processing and exporting coffee from small local producers since 1994, thus helping to develop and promote the sector. Working with this Mexican and local partner also allows us to improve the quality of the coffee in the long term and ensure full traceability.
