Producer coffee - semi-washed process - Score 84+ Finca La Pradera - Colombia, Blend of varieties Oscar Daza takes care of 8 farms, 4 of which belong to his family. They are all certified Organic and Bird Friendly. Oscar committed to certification in organic farming as soon as he settled on his father's farms. He defends his agroforestry system. On its shaded productions, there are more than 15 different species of trees. This coffee was named "Comuneros" because it comes from the eight farms whose area is known for having launched the revolution in the 18th century to free itself from Spanish colonization.
