This freshly ground coffee is a house blend. It is a historic assembly of the roastery. It is essentially composed of the best Arabicas with a touch of Robusta. It’s the perfect espresso for us! It is both intense and creamy!     The roaster's opinion With a monk's roast for the arabicas, light for the robusta, this blend will present a good balance between aroma and body. Tasting note A good aromatic attack followed by a round body for a balanced cup with aromas of roasted hazelnuts
