This freshly ground coffee comes from the Sidamo region (or Sidama!)in the south of Ethiopia. This pure origin coffee is called Moka after the name of the variety of Ethiopian Arabicas: MOKA. With a classic roast or "monk's robe", this ground coffee is characterized by cocoa notes. It is defined by its softness and elegance. An atypical coffee on the palate.
