Our new coffee “Ethiopia in all its forms” won the competition for the best espresso blend in France 2021! This blend is made up of 100% coffee from Ethiopia, an emblematic coffee country. It brings together 3 different terroirs: Jimma, Guji and Nekemte, but above all 3 different “processes” of green coffee: Honey for Jimma, Washed for Guji and Nature for Gamoji Nekemte.All are forest coffees, all are organic coffees!     We love this coffee A women's coffee, an organic coffee with a specific wet-hulled process in Indonesia. This process (method of post-harvest treatment of coffee cherries) gives a unique profile in the cup, more robust with woody notes).Tasting note "A captivating coffee with notes of cocoa, vanilla, butter and slightly woody. Monkeys, birds, reptiles, elephants and the famous Sumatran tigers are regulars here. Volca Gayo is a micro lot from a high altitude terroir, with volcanic soils.
