Local coffee beans ORGANIC ETHIOPIA GAMOJI - Mild Method

This coffee bean from Ethiopia is a forest coffee from the Nekempte region. This mocha is grown by small producers between 1500 m and 2400 m altitude. With a light roast or "gentle method", this Specialty coffee bean brings out a velvety, creamy texture for a filter coffee with notes of chocolate, sweet spices and bitter orange. The finish is fruity and sweet.     The roaster's opinion Gamoji is a new organic Ethiopian coffee that we are adding to our range. This forest coffee presents interesting aspects and a very rich diversity concerning altitudes, soils, microclimates... Tasting note In the mouth the texture is thick, with notes of chocolate and sweet spices. The finish is fruity and sweet.Gamoji is produced in the Nekemte region which is located between 1500 and 2400m above sea level. Cultivated by several small producers, this mocha bears the name “forest coffee” which brings together coffees with complete traceability, high-level biodiversity, and superior quality.
