It is in a Cafetal (fields of coffee trees) that the adventure begins. I am Lisa, then a student and passionate about Latin America, I decided to spend a few months in Costa Rica. I discovered the specialty coffee sector there. From the producers I learn that there are different varieties of coffee trees, different processes and that this results in different aromas and flavors in the cup. I become aware of the difficulties for them to live and of the need to rethink the sector.
With Cafetal, I want to make you travel by making you discover exceptional terroirs that I have selected from my producers. Coffee will never "taste like coffee" again, it will be gourmet, fruity, floral... It will also be ethical and responsible. I invite you to rediscover coffee together!
