Crispy zucchini - 1000 g

Crispy courgettes in extra virgin olive oil. The courgettes - belonging to the typical San Pasquale variety from Campania, are grown and prepared by hand on our farm. They have a cylindrical shape with light green streaks. Ingredients: zucchini, extra virgin olive oil, salt, white wine vinegar, lemon, oregano, garlic, hot pepper, mint. Without preservatives and dyes. They accompany meat and cheese dishes as a side dish, and make appetizers delicious. After opening, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and store at room temperature.
