Finely sparkling and alcohol-free, this Red Fruit Schorle is a homemade recipe. :We work primarily with producers in the region: we aim for 80% of harvests carried out within a radius of less than 100 km. 🍏 𝗣𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗦 𝗗𝗘 𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘:To find in this Schorle, the taste of the chewable apple, also called the knife apple. 👩🏻‍🍳 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗜𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗡:The apples are pressed by us.  The Schorle is then prepared on the same site, from a balanced blend of red fruits. 🍃 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗦, 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗨 𝗥𝗦, 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗦 𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗝𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗦:like all fruit juices, contains sugars naturally present in fruit. ➜Bottled cold, slow and gentle pasteurization to respect the nature of the fruits and find the right taste.
