We make this recipe from our old-fashioned rillettes to which we add 24% toasted chestnuts in lard. This emblematic fruit of the Ardèche is added at the end of cooking in order to keep a unique and incomparable softness. We have also selected pork slaughtered at the Aubenas slaughterhouse 10km from our production workshop. During the tasting, we discover delicious rillettes with real pieces of chestnut... A pure pleasure!
