Duck rillettes with pink peppercorns

These rillettes are both refined and rich in flavor. The ground pink berries generously enhance the delicious flavor of our rillettes. To make them, we use more than 80% Vendée duck meat to which we add pork meat slaughtered in Aubenas 10 km from our workshop to provide softness.
