Pork rillettes with Espelette pepper

Delicious old-fashioned pork rillettes with Espelette pepper (AOC). To produce them, we have selected pork slaughtered at the Aubenas slaughterhouse, 10 km from our production workshop. We take the time to delicately simmer our meat before shredding each piece of meat by hand in order to have high quality rillettes. During the tasting, the Espelette pepper brings a warm side in the mouth for a touch of intense greed. With their magnificent orange color, these rillettes attract gourmets... Contrary to popular belief, Espelette pepper does not sting it only brings a lot of heat and flavors in the mouth.
