Thanks to the thyme, we find in these rillettes a subtle & floral touch, a real flavor of the South! During the tasting, the tasty scent of wild thyme makes us travel and gives the feeling of being lying in the scrubland... An intense taste journey. To develop this recipe, we have selected duck meat from Vendée to which we add pork slaughtered in Aubenas (10km from our manufacturing workshop) to give it a softer side. We rigorously select our French and especially local raw materials to produce high quality dishes.
