Christine's French toast - Apple & cranberries

At our shows we offer our products for tasting on bread. One day at the end of a fair we had extra bread. In order not to waste it, Christine decided in the evening when she got home to make a cake by revisiting the French toast recipe. She then adds a few ingredients that she finds in her cupboards, in particular apples, cramberries and a hint of orange blossom. The next day, proud of her innovation, she decides to have the whole team taste it without giving her composition. This so melting & soft cake was much appreciated and approved by the team, so we decided to make it canned to offer it to you! How to taste it: It's very simple, you open the jar and you enjoy this delicious cake directly with a teaspoon! Before opening, this cake can be kept at room temperature for 18 months.
