My fig pâté

Delicious creamy & fruity pâté. To develop this recipe, we have selected fresh Ardèche figs grown a few kilometers from our production workshop and pork slaughtered in Aubenas, 10 km from the cannery. In this pâté the fig brings a sweet sweetness but gives way to the taste of the meat. It is a perfect & subtle alliance.
