It is offered in bulk (5 kilograms). This plant is very stable and resistant to summer droughts, because it is not very demanding in water and does not require irrigation. Preparation tips: rinse the millet in cold water. Once rinsed, place it in a saucepan with twice their volume of cold salted water. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. When all the water is absorbed, let it swell covered. Provide 1 volume of millet for 2 volumes of water.
