The pardula is a typical Sardinian dessert with very ancient origins, and varies according to the area of origin. The pardulas of the Corronca Biscottificio are obtained from the combination of refined ingredients such as saffron and ricotta. The latter in particular, subjected to a strict selection, determines the freshness, softness, taste and appearance of this much loved dessert.
