Fanny Fougerat represents the fourth generation of winegrowers and distillers. The cognacs of the family were usually bottled in the cuvées large trading houses, but today it seeks to promote the family know-how. So with her husband, she took over the farm family in 2013 to launch his own brand. Located in Fin Bois and Borderies, the vineyard covers 50 hectares. All along of the year, the objective is to express the nature as well as the identity of the soils in order to highlight the origin and diversity of its cognacs. Harvesting, vinification, distillation and aging are carried out on site. Derived exclusively from single-grape varieties, Fanny Fougerat cognacs are expressive, elegant, aromatic and fresh.
