AOP Côtes du Rhône villages Sablet, Cuvée Prestige, red, 2020

This cuvée, resulting from a plot selection, is made from our oldest vines of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre on the slopes of the appellation. For more than 50 years, these old vines have been anchored in this exceptional terroir, and age only makes them produce few berries with very concentrated juice, thus allowing the development of this particular Sablet.
