2020 Sarabande Bousigue Mourvèdre Syrah AOP Faugères

Bousigue is the old name of the parcel where our Mourvédre vineyard is located. They are sitting on a slope south facing and well drained. This is particularly important for the notoriously late Mourvèdre variety. As Mourvèdre is difficult to ripen, this wine is only produced in the best years. The wine is of a deep color with pretty nuances of aromas. thyme characters wild and dried meat are also present. The palate is rich and fills the palate with a sweet and long finish exceptional.
