We created our estate to realize our dream; produce good wines, and in an ecological way. We have selected our vineyard meticulously to create a balanced assortment of shale land, good drainage, good appearance and a combination of young and old vines. Our vineyard is organic, no herbicides or fungicides are used. Only organic fertilizers are used to regenerate the land. The harvest is done by hand, the grapes fermented naturally, and the resulting wines are bottled with minimal filtration. The basic principle is to produce wines that express the richness of the land and the climate of our terroir, while being technically adequate and without defects. We hope you enjoy them!
