The VINOVAL vineyard, located in the Hérault department, in the commune of Saint-Jean-de-Fos, produces wines grown on the land of "Mont-Baudile" at the foot of the Larzac causses.
A well-marked terroir: the scrubland and limestone massifs, the mountain winds and the Mediterranean climate are perfect for the production of wines under the sign of quality of different appellations: AOP du Languedoc, AOP Terrasses du Larzac, IGP Saint Guilhem le Désert, IGP Mont Baudile. Available in different red, rosé and white, our wines have been produced under the “Organic Agriculture” label since 2013, certified by the “Certipaq Bio” organization, with respect for the environment and the soil. Produced with noble grape varieties, adapted to the dry climate, the yield is deliberately low, in order to get the best from the vines.
