Located in the heart of the SAUVEBONNE valley, a stone's throw from the coast, between fig trees and olive trees, our family estate offers you its IGP BIO wine from VAR, made from ten grape varieties selected for their typicality on only six hectares, in total grass cover.
Winemaking is carried out at the Domaine. The harvest is manual. The grapes are picked when just ripe and pressed immediately or cooled in a cold room, with very little added sulfite.
