Our supply chain: We have built our direct supply chain of pepper, harvested by small producers in Kerala, by committing to fully financing the inspection and Fairtrade certification costs.The quantities imported are contracted annually and the harvest of black peppercorns is carried out to order. This way, the entire production ensures producers financial security and lasting confidence in our partnership. The distribution of places to be cultivated is decided collectively by a committee of producers who are members of the cooperative leading the project.
