Each bottle contains approximately 160 g. of Cucunci di Salina PDO (over 12 mm) from the Aeolian Islands PDO grown in Salina (without the use of chemical fertilizers) and approximately 40 gr. of sea salt. Information Cucunci di Salina Dop have an exclusively natural preservation: with sea salt. The Cucunci di Salina Dop product originates from the Capparis plant grown on the island of Salina (Aeolian). The Cucunci di Salina Dop produced and marketed by us are a natural product, preserved with sea salt, without flavourings, preservatives or essences of any kind. Cucunci di Salina Dop must always be desalinated under a jet of water before use. Boil the Sicilian Spaghetti Pasta in abundant boiling salted water. Brown the garlic in a drizzle of oil, add the Sicilian Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil, the chilli pepper and the Sicilian Cherry Tomatoes. Mix and cook for a few minutes. Drain the pasta and toss it in the sauce. Before serving, add our well-washed and dried Cucunci di Salina Dop.
