The piquillo pepper, from the orchards of Lodosa (Navarra), is roasted over direct heat. It is peeled one by one, by hand, so that it maintains all its properties and its genuine flavor. Canned peppers made from the whole, fresh, healthy and clean fruits of the Capsicum annum plant, variety Pimiento del Piquillo D.O. Lodosa, following the cultivation and production practices established by the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Piquillo peppers.
