Albacore tuna crumbs with lemon and organic olive oil - 140gr

The crumbs are made with pieces located between the belly and fillets. Low in fat, they are enhanced by lemon juice and olive oil high quality organic. All our ingredients are sourced less than 250km from our Saint Jean de Luz workshop. Committed to a zero waste and zero plastic approach, our packaging is 100% recyclable (and our cardboard boxes are recycled). Our recognition: We are a member of the Culinary College of France and recognized Artisan Producer of Quality. We were awarded an Epicure d'Or prize in 2021 by the jury of Le Monde de l'Epicerie Fine. We are members of the Slow Food Basque Country Biziona movement.
