Bonite Zuri Gorri (crumbled bonito with organic red peppers) - 85gr

We wanted to keep the pleasant texture of the bonito whose flesh is white (zuri) associated with strips of red peppers (gorri). Bonito, Sarda sarda or Sarda chilensis, is a cousin of tuna and mackerel. Often confused with tuna because of its shape, its flesh is more tender and its taste finer. Accompanied by organic extra virgin olive oil from Navarre, this recipe is very little salted to preserve all the flavor of the wild fish. No additives, dyes or other perlimpinpin! JEAN DE LUZ CANNING IS: An organic, artisanal and local cannery. We are French craftsmen and proud of being, in fact the production of all our products is done manually in our workshop in Saint Jean de Luz in the Basque Country (New Aquitaine). And we are proud to have (re) localized traditional craftsmanship. A local approach. Located 6 km from the Saint Jean de Luz auction, our supply is wild (fish), organic and local. All our ingredients are sourced less than 250km from our Saint Jean de Luz workshop. Committed to a zero waste and zero plastic approach, our packaging is 100% recyclable (and our cardboard boxes are recycled). Our recognition: We are a member of the Culinary College of France and recognized Artisan Producer of Quality. We were awarded an Epicure d'Or prize in 2021 by the jury of Le Monde de l'Epicerie Fine. We are members of the Slow Food Basque Country Biziona movement.
