Sagarnoa—in Basque, apple (sagar) wine (arnoa)—is the ancestral drink of the Basques, a very ancient fermented apple-based beverage. Like all old recipes, we made with the ingredients we had on hand. In this delicious recipe, tuna is cooked with apples and peppers. Cooked dish for 2 people. JEAN DE LUZ CANNERY IS: An organic, artisanal, and local cannery.
