Our organic Hot Sauce of fermented habanero chilies is handmade in Denmark in smaller batches and without any additives. For each batch of hot sauce, we carefully select the chili fruits and ferment them for a minimum of 28 days before blending them with the other ingredients and bottling the finished sauce. The fermentation makes the taste extra deep and aromatic, as a counterbalance to the sharpness of the chilies. Suitable for dishes with meat, eggs, vegetables and seafood and as a spice on pizza, pasta and sandwiches.
