A 100% French Beaufort fuet, made with local ingredients. Our sausages are made from pigs born, raised and processed in France. We select top-quality meat from responsible farms located in Auvergne-Rhône Alpes and Brittany.The recipe for this fuet is completed with Beaufort, a cheese with a controlled designation of origin (AOC) from the Beaufort region in Savoie. With these local ingredients, we make a real traditional fuet: from the first slices, you will see how French meat and cheese can do justice to this charcuterie of Spanish origin. Traditional know-how at the service of quality Fuet, this sausage of Catalan origin takes its name from its long, thin and flexible shape like a whip. Once in the mouth, it delivers a slightly sweet taste that pairs well with Beaufort for a real explosion of flavors. To respect the traditional recipe, we set up an artisanal process with entirely natural components: Meat ground into large grains, with Beaufort cheese added to the mixture; Stuffing in natural casings; Hand tying with linen thread. Beaufort fuet has subtle aromas that develop slowly during maturing. Spices and cheese release all their flavor in our natural air dryers. We do not use any coloring, the beautiful pink and white color of our sausages is a testament to the quality of the meat used. Tasting fuet with beaufort: advice from our master butchers Simple and delicate, our fuet with beaufort is enjoyed with two very simple ingredients: a chopping board and a very sharp serrated knife. Cut it into thin slices and savor all the splendor of our lands! Best before date (BBD): 40 days.It is recommended to store this product at a temperature below 18°C.This product is subject to drying out.
