Guérande Salt with Nettles

Our nettle salt takes on an incredible green color that will allow you to sprinkle grains of green salt on your various dishes. Thanks to the coating of nettle powder, the salt dissolves more slowly and leaves time to take some unusual shots of your preparations. In addition, the natural flavors of the nettles will appear on the finish, sweet and very green. The nettles used for this salt are harvested on our farm in Bresse then dehydrated and finally reduced to a fine powder. We only use the tops of the nettles in order to obtain tasty and nutritious nettles. We incorporate nettle powder which binds to each grain of salt until saturated in order to obtain the best possible product.
