It markets Les Bocaux de Maurice: savory or sweet preparations made from fruits and vegetables cooked without additives and without preservatives by our employees in the process of professional integration in our food laboratory located in Lyon. With the aim of reducing food waste, we mainly transform fruit and vegetables that are destined to be thrown away.
The AJD Maurice Gounon Foundation is a recognized public utility foundation which acts mainly in the field of child protection and social support. It is also one of the main players in the Lyon region in the accommodation sector, integration through housing and work.
