Creating a new recipe is an intimate process; there is always a trigger that Bruno wants to highlight. A perfume, a flavor or a particularly qualitative product.
This is followed by tests, adjustments and tastings; the recipe takes shape.
With renewed recipes, without coloring or artificial flavoring, Bruno offers you a range of artisanal and natural verrines that will surprise you with their lightness and the association of bold flavors.
Each verrine is made with carefully selected fresh products. Our producers and breeders are French, if possible less than 100 km from the Reims workshop, sometimes certified "Organic Agriculture" or reasoned.
As an aperitif, around a barbecue, for a picnic or a meal, I invite you to discover and share them.
