Dhaba masala is a mixture of spices widely used by families in India, particularly in Punjab. 

Our dhaba masala mixture is inspired by the tradition where each family has its own box of Dhaba (mixture of spices) and is therefore perfectly suited to everyday cooking.   Dhaba Masala is a flavorful and aromatic spice blend, with a deep, spicy flavor. 

Spices such as coriander and cumin bring earthy notes, while spices such as cinnamon and cardamom add warm, fragrant notes.   Dhaba Masala Spice Blend is used to add flavor and depth to a variety of Indian dishes, especially vegetable and meat dishes. 

It can be used to prepare dishes like chicken tikka masala, chana masala, paneer tikka masala, daal makhani, vegetable curry and many more. 

Use it in stewed vegetable dishes (as varied as they are), fish and stews of all kinds.  The mixture is intended to be used with all North Indian “comford food” dishes where the mixture is used as a “rub” (rubbing spice), for tikkas or tandoori marinades.   In general, Dhaba Masala can be used to add a spicy and savory flavor to a variety of Indian dishes, such as curries, lentil dishes, meat dishes and vegetarian dishes. 

It can be added to marinades for grilled meats, to soups and stews for deep flavor, or to vegetable dishes for a spicy kick. 

It is important to note that the amount of Dhaba Masala used will depend on personal spice preferences and the specific recipe you are making.
