Les Pousses d´Or was founded by three young entrepreneurs passionate about sustainable development and gastronomy.
Convinced that proximity between the place of production and the place where the products are consumed is essential, we set up our first vertical farm in Lyon.
Our hydroponics production method is a virtuous circle since it aims to save up to 90% water compared to conventional agriculture: the water circulates in a closed loop and the surplus irrigation is reused for that of the the following day.
We also wanted to be innovative by cultivating atypical products full of tastes. Micro-shoots are the perfect illustration of this and here is more details of the range we offer.
