LIÁ - EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IN PREMIUM QUALITY
The extra virgin olive oil is made from the native Koroneiki
Olive variety won and impresses in addition to its excellent
Quality, with a balanced bouquet of fruit and bitterness
and slight sharpness.
The LIÁ, comes from Filiatra, a picturesque provincial town in
Messenia, Greece. The town is near the
Mounts Egaleo. By the breeze of the Ionian Sea, the
exceptional soil quality and the unique microclimate,
this land is ideal for olive cultivation.
The unique taste, aroma and properties are
the result of a careful manufacturing process; From cultivation
until storage. Just like back then, LIÁ still does it by hand
picked. This ensures that neither the trees nor the

FACTS:
The LIÁ, depending on the harvest, has an acidity of only 0.22% to
