FERRONI - Juillet Gin: Made from organic French wheat alcohol, botanicals and fruits, this Juillet Gin is a superb creation by Guillaume Ferroni. Always in search of discoveries, he delved into old works to offer us this drink with a summer profile. This gin was distilled in a very small still from the 1800s, using the “London Gin” method. This means that the botanicals were macerated directly in the still. Pretty fruits from Provence were added, picked at full maturity in July, such as apricot and white peach. A work of patience, the old-fashioned way, which offers a very good quality drink for the gin lover! We immediately let ourselves be seduced by the aromatic power of the whole, exuberant, exalting a very tangy freshness. Fruity, frank and heady notes give character to the whole, while the finish reveals a more aniseed touch. Ideal for a Gin and Tonic!
