Our most aggressive dip is undoubtedly the Garlic Dip, although, unlike what can be deduced from the name, balance and delicacy are the main features. The base, in fact, is of artichokes, extra virgin olive oil, cashews and pine nuts while fresh garlic makes for only 1.2% of the product, with the result of a delicate and harmonious cream, which gives the possibility to those who loves the taste of garlic to be able to savor it in its full flavor but at a controlled intensity. Ingredients Artichokes (50%), original extra virgin olive oil, cashews, garlic (1.2%), vinegar (contains sulfur dioxide), salt, pine nuts.
