Dry preparation to make a giant cookie like a king cake! A whole almond slipped inside the bag will serve as an edible bean. Directions: Pour the flour mixture into a salad bowl. Add 2 eggs + 125g of soft butter + 1 tbsp.s of peanut butter. Mix and place in the fridge for a few minutes. In a bowl, melt 40g of butter and add the second mixture of almond powder for the frangipane. Divide the cookie dough in two and roll it out into a 20cm circle. Use half of the frangipane mixture as a filling. Close the cookie with the remaining dough. Place the remaining frangipane on the cookie. Bake for 20 min at 180°C. Let cool before eating. Ingredients: flour, almond powder, bitter almond flavored sugar, brown sugar, pecan nuts, yeast (trace of nuts and lactose)
