Wine Moretum with blackberry 75cl 13.5%

Medieval wine, less popular than hypocras, but still consumed in the 17th century.                                        The wine used is aged for several years and is macerated with a natural blackberry concentrate for nine months before bottling.  This sweet wine will accompany: cold meats, tapenades, candied tomatoes, character cheeses, such as sheep's and goat's cheese, Roquefort, chocolate desserts and fruit tarts.  Serving temperature 8 to 11°C. ✔️Moretum: Red wine with blackberries ✔️ Handcrafted in Normandy ✔️ 75cl bottle ✔️ Alcohol content of 13.5%
