For the realization of the pastries, we have relied on a cooperative company that has been promoting the principles of fair trade for several decades, through the support of communities of producers in the South of the world (with particular attention to cooperatives, grassroots organizations and associations of manufacturers). Furthermore, the LiberoMondo company creates job opportunities, here in Italy, for people excluded from normal employment circuits.
