The citron jam is a marmalade made with citrons from organic producers in Corsica or Sicily. You find both the bitterness and the acidity of the citron, with the sweetness of an organic sugar. Perfect for a gourmet breakfast full of sunshine. To be enjoyed on toast, with a little butter or almond puree. Stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, you can also keep it in the refrigerator or at room temperature. This product does not contain preservatives: for an optimal taste, it should be consumed within three months after opening.
